Hello. I would just like the thank you for a brilliant service that you provided. I have a friend that lives in Russia. A very difficult area to try and get flowers too as I tried different florists but don’t deliver to this particular area Siberia.. your company was outstanding and the flowers were amazing. I ordered 11 very large pink roses with a floral eucalyptus additive to the bouquet. My friend was over the moon. I ordered them for her for international women’s day.. and I will use your company again when I send more flowers to her. I wish to thank you for all your help and I would strongly recommend your company for this service to friends..

Lamentable servicio en tiempo y en forma. No llegaran en el rango de hora que indique en el pedido y hubo que reclamar el envio porque no llegaba despues de mas de 90 minutos fuera del horario establecido. Cuando contacto con el servicio de atencion al cliente (Yuriy) todo son excusas sin sentido y mentiras, puesto que lo primero que me dice es que el envio aun estaba sin entregar, que S.Petersburg en Navidad tiene mucho trafico... etc. Por favor, seamos serios y profesionales!!!! Ellos no lo son. SI quieres enviar flores, mejor que busques una alternativa y no lo hagas con ellos.

I wanted to surprise my mom in Belarus for her birthday with roses and chocolates, and I placed an order the same day. The delivery was quick and smooth, and my mom was very happy! I do want to point out that the chocolate brand was different from what I ordered - ferrero roche, but got mark sevouni, which is much nicer in my opinion.
White roses looked more yellow in person than on the picture but beautiful anyway. Still, this is the only service I trust to send gifts to my mom. Thank you for everything! I will be ordering again for special occasions.
